Judy
Richardson | President
Judy's experience in corporate management and business
planning enabled her to form a successful set of
plans and ideas for the Stone & Tile industry.
Her main focus was designing Performance Tile & Stone's
financial and procedural business plan. She handles
management of the daily operations of both the tile
and stone divisions, and sets the annuals goals and
quotas for each department. Her continuous training
and motivational support of the Performance team
supports the high level of customer service she expects
from the staff and crews.

Eric
Richardson | Vice President
Eric's background in the Tile and Stone Industry
goes back 26 years. His experience in jobsite management
and crew training provide him with vast knowledge
in proper installation methods and techniques. His
focus was in the design and production capabilities
of the stone fabrication facility. He currently is
designing the manufacturing systems for the affiliate
company, Classic Stone Works. He remains involved
with the support and growth of Performance Tile &
Stone.

Mat
Brooks | Tile Division Operations Manager/Estimator
Mat joined the Performance Tile & Stone team
in January of 2005 and has been a welcomed addition.
His leadership, knowledge and attention to detail
are exactly what Performance Tile & Stone was
looking for. Mat's main responsibilities are to manage
the tile crews and estimate tile projects, but you
will often find Mat working along side with his Field
Supervisor to assure that the jobs are being done
with the utmost precision.

Sash
Nehvatal | Slab Division Production Manager
Having been with Performance Tile & Stone since
October of 1999, Sash is one of our longest tenured
employees. He began his career with us as an installer,
and because of his attention to detail and demand
for perfection, he is now our Production Manager.
Sash is the "go to guy" when there is a technical
question regarding slab fabrication and installation.
Many times on unique custom projects, Sash will personally
inspect a jobsite and offer his opinion on what is
the right look for the project at hand.

Rob
Penticoff | Sales and Marketing Director
Rob joined the Performance Tile & Stone team
in January of 2006. Having spent the last 15 years
in sales and management with a major tile and stone
supplier, his knowledge of the industry is valuable.
As the Sales and Marketing Director, Rob’s
main focus is to work with our large builder accounts,
promote our company in a professional manner and
to ensure that all of your customer service expectations
are met.

Julie
Fairchild | Account Representative
Having worked in the restaurant business for a number
of years, Julie’s people skills are exceptional.
In 2003, Julie joined the Performance Tile & Stone
team and manages many accounts which include several
custom homes builders, designers and large retail
stores. Her hard work and spunky demeanor have won
her the admiration of her clients. If interested,
Julie would be more than happy to meet with you and
walk you through the tile and stone installation
process.

Jeannette
Gunn | Administrative Assistant to the
President/Bookkeeper
Jeannette has been with Performance Tile & Stone
since 2001 and you cannot measure the value she is
to the company. Her various internal responsibilities
include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll,
Human Resources and just about anything else that
Judy throws her way. With her bachelor of Arts degree
in Management and Accounting from Sonoma State, it's
no wonder that Jeannette is always able to handle
all of these tasks with a high level of professionalism
and a smile on her face.

Erica
Richardson | Slab Estimating, Contracts
& Warranty
Having spent her entire life around the tile and
stone industry, it was only natural for Erica to
join the company after she graduated from school
in May of 2004. Erica's responsibilities include
estimating all natural and engineered stone slab
projects and writing contracts. Erica also manages
our warranty department

Sara
Hall | Estimator
Sara has worked in various capacities in the tile
and stone industry and as one of our estimators,
she works with many of our custom home builders and
remodel customers. She is a brilliant woman and you
will enjoy working with her on your project.

Jeremy
Burgess | Tile Expeditor
Jeremy, with his great sense of humor, the newest
addition to the Performance Tile & Stone team.
Joining us in December 2006, Jeremy is responsible
for scheduling tile crews and drivers, managing
the tile selection process, and material ordering
and receiving. |

Tiffany
York | Slab Expeditor Assistant
Tiffany has been with Performance Tile & Stone since
December of 2004 and is the assistant to the Slab
Expeditor. In this role, Tiffany is responsible for
ordering the material needed to complete your project.
She manages the client folders, stone care kit delivery
process and performs post installation courtesy calls
to the client to ensure that the installation process
was a pleasant one.

Scott
McAllister | Tile
Field Supervisor
“Scotty” brings to Performance Tile & Stone
over 17 years of experience in all phases of tile
installations. Having worked in the tile industry
as installer, crew leader, estimator, and project
manager, Scotty is more than qualified to fit into
the role of Tile Field Supervisor. Scotty prides
himself with giving the customer the quality job
they are expecting with great customer service.

Nicole
Smith | Receptionist
Our receptionist had to be someone that has a
warm smile and bubbly personality, and who better
to fit that role than Nicole. Nicole is the first
person that greets our clients, both in person
and on the phone. Her multitasking skills allow
her to not only manage the reception desk, but
to assist every other department in the organization.
Nicole has been with the Performance Tile & Stone
family since September of 2005 and when you visit
our office, be sure to ask Nicole to make one of
her exceptional lattes from our espresso bar.
